Your training data should help you—not surprise you.

Account information such as your email; profile and preferences you choose to provide; workouts, calendar plans, recovery signals, nutrition logs, goals, and Coach conversations you create; and activities you explicitly authorize a connected provider to share.

We also receive essential technical information needed to authenticate you, protect the service, diagnose errors, and keep it reliable. Optional campaign measurement is disabled unless you consent.

We use data to provide the features you request: schedule and record training, calculate progress, present recovery context, maintain your program, answer Coach requests, synchronize authorized providers, support you, and prevent abuse. We do not use sensitive athlete data to build advertising profiles.

Supabase supports authentication and hosted data. Vercel may host the application. OpenAI processes the minimum context needed when you use AI Coach. Strava or Garmin process data when you connect those services. The live vendor inventory and contracts must be finalized before public launch.

We retain account data while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and backups. You can disconnect providers, export local data where available, or submit an account and data deletion request from Profile or Support.

Forge is not directed to children under 13, and the hosted beta must not accept an account for a child under 13. If we learn that such data was collected, we will stop processing and delete it. Expansion to younger athletes requires a separate verified-parental-consent design and legal review.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. Use the Support page. The final policy will identify the legal business entity, postal address, privacy contact, and applicable supervisory authority before paid launch.
