What is the difference between The Fit Challenge and Forge?
The Fit Challenge is the challenge, education and participation identity. Forge is the technology platform powering tracking, intelligence and coaching.
Is Forge medical advice?
No. Forge supports training decisions and explains uncertainty; it does not diagnose conditions or replace qualified medical care.
Where does Starter store data?
In the browser on the device running Starter. Users should export backups before clearing site data or changing devices.
Does AI change my plan automatically?
No. Coach actions are previewed and require explicit approval before Forge applies them.
Can I connect every wearable?
Not yet. Provider integrations are released individually after privacy, revocation and data-quality requirements are satisfied.
